Key Technical Standards & QC Procedures for Long Service Life Hydraulic Hoses

Many end users face frequent hose burst, rubber layer cracking and leakage problems in actual use, mostly caused by insufficient production process and incomplete quality inspection. Huisuo has formed a standardized whole-process quality control system after years of technical iteration, strictly controlling every production link to guarantee long-term stable service life of finished hoses.

1. Raw material incoming inspection (first QC checkpoint)
   • Imported high tensile strength steel wire and high weather resistance synthetic rubber are adopted for core raw materials.
   • Test tensile strength, rubber hardness and aging resistance of each batch of raw materials before warehousing; unqualified materials are directly rejected to enter production line.
2. On-line monitoring in key forming processes
   • Steel wire braiding process: Automatic equipment controls braiding density evenly to avoid local pressure bearing weakness;
   • Extrusion & vulcanization process: Constant temperature and pressure closed control, ensure tight bonding between inner rubber layer, steel wire reinforcement layer and outer rubber layer, no delamination.
3. Finished product full sampling performance test
   • Burst pressure test: Test the maximum bearing pressure of finished hoses to ensure 1.5 times safety margin higher than nominal working pressure;
   • Alternating bending fatigue test: Simulate long-term reciprocating bending of construction machinery to verify service life cycle;
   • Sealing tightness test: Pressurized water injection inspection to eliminate hidden leakage dangers.
4. Finished product classified packaging & storage protection
   • Different specifications of hoses are marked with specification labels separately, waterproof plastic film + woven bag layered packaging.
   • Warehouse classified storage avoids extrusion, sunlight and moisture erosion before shipment.
